  • Shipping Times: After crafting, your order will ship via reliable carriers. Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days within the USA, with international orders potentially taking longer due to customs, which we cannot control.
  • Carriers and Tracking: We use trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery. Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to lockbox2023@gmail.com (or your provided email) so you can follow its progress.
  • Shipping Costs: Transparent shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. No surprises here—we keep it fair.
  • Delivery Expectations: We’re confident in meeting our 4-week maximum for processing and shipping, but if rare delays occur (e.g., high demand), we’ll keep you informed and work hard to deliver quickly.
